Refund Policy

TapTap uses a prepaid credit system — you buy credits, then spend them to generate images. Here's our refund policy.

When We Can Refund

  • Within 7 days of purchase and no credits have been used — full refund
  • A system error deducted credits but no image was generated — credits restored
  • Duplicate charge — full refund

When We Can't Refund

  • Any credits have been used (remaining credits are non-refundable)
  • Free credits received upon signup
  • Image quality didn't meet expectations (try regenerating or use the edit feature instead)

How to Request a Refund

Email support@taptap.studio with your account email, purchase date, and reason for the refund.

We'll process your request within 3-5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe. Your card details are never stored on our servers — Stripe handles everything securely.
