Your account is for your use only — don't share or transfer it to others. You're responsible for keeping your account secure.
Generating or editing images costs credits. When you run low, you can buy more through Stripe.
Purchased credits are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Expired credits are forfeited and non-refundable.
For refund details, see our Refund Policy.
You must own the rights to any images you upload. Don't upload someone else's photos or copyrighted material without permission.
You're free to use AI-generated images for any commercial purpose — marketing, social media, e-commerce, you name it.
We may use generated images internally to improve the service, but we won't share them publicly.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension without prior warning.
AI isn't perfect — we can't guarantee every result will be exactly what you want. If you're not happy with an image, try regenerating or using the edit feature.
We may temporarily pause the service for maintenance or due to outages. We'll try to give advance notice, but sometimes we have to act fast.
The Company is not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the service.
If we update these terms, we'll post the changes on this page. For significant changes, we'll also notify you by email. If you disagree with any changes, you can stop using the service and delete your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. If something goes wrong, reach out to support@taptap.studio first — we'd rather work things out together.
